Oh, hello there! Welcome to For Flourish Sake! We are North America’s first blog dedicated to equality-minded stationery and calligraphy designers.

My name’s Amanda and I’m a wedding stationer with Tickle Tree Stationery in Victoria, British Columbia. As with everything I do, I immersed myself into the stationery community and was in awe of the stories that stationers were telling through their creations. The details, the creativity, the beauty. As I continued to delve into this industry I realized that I got more enjoyment out of lifting other businesses up than I did from designing. I thought a lot about what I could do to help build up this beautiful community…and For Flourish Sake was born!

And we ain’t no ordinary blog. Here’s what sets us apart:

1. All vendors who are featured on this site are equality-minded. This site will be a place where all couples can feel safe and welcome.

2. There will be NO UGLY ADS cluttering up the sidebars, footer, header, in between the beautiful photos you so desperately want to see…you get the idea. I have other ideas up my sleeve to monetize this site and, can I tell you a secret? It’s gonna help build up others in the industry, too. Stay tuned.

3. We’re focusing on more than just beautiful work. We want to know the story behind the designs, the why, the who. You will read real words directly from the designers about their work and the process.

4. This site will expand to include resources for wedding couples, planners, photographers and, of course stationers! You will soon find all you need to know about stationery right here on this site.
